Back home, and up with the baby. Can't quite believe it.

I wanted to ask you, and I don't suppose we'll see you all that soon to do it in person.

We've named her Albia Carina, and we'd like you to be her godfather.

I say that with a name like that she'd best have a guard dog.

Are you sure about this? I mean to say, I've not done a right bang-up job so far with my other god-child.

Who could possibly object to such a loyal name, honouring our glorious new Albion and the triumph of wizarding kind over all those terrible muggles?

Honestly, it took quite some time to think of a name that was loyal and subversive at the same time. We were rather pleased with ourselves. And I like to think he'd approve.

We're very sure, Sirius. There's no one else we even considered asking.

And I'm honoured, of course.

But what do you mean I'm not going to get to meet the little charmer right away? I thought you mentioned making a trip up here soon after her arrival so Poppy could have a proper exam of mother and sprog?

We're planning to come up and see Poppy, yes, but I don't know quite when we'll get there. I don't think we could have waited much longer to announce Bea's name publicly, and we did want to tell you and Alice first.
