I let him talk. Made him talk, at times. Knew he had to get it all out, good or ill.
He's nine kinds of terrified, Remus. I hate that I didn't have any answers for him. I just .... He's trying so hard not to let it get to him. But there were a couple times when he just needed .... I wish Molly'd been there. Maybe he wouldn't have pulled away so soon from her. A mother, you know?
Merlin. I need to keep moving if I'm going to get home tomorrow but when I stop for the night, perhaps I can write it up for us all.
