So, Padfoot and I are talking to Sam Fawcett. Sirius proved to be rather more persuasive than I was at convincing Sam that we're fellow opponents of the regime, not MLE.
Sam's in the Crimson Company, though his attempt at vengeance on Dolores was more of an independent project. He says that he got into Dolores's office by floo and ambushed her; he was rather distraught when he realised he'd hit a bystander and relieved to hear that Diggory will recover.
After some initial skepticism he's read the letter from Sarah and would very much like to see her. NOT HERE, though; he is still very worried that MLE will be showing up, and apparently is also a little bit worried about his own allies. The CC apparently doesn't hesitate to kill the overly compromised to avoid exposure. (Which makes me wonder why he even came back here?)
Frank or Alice, can one of you bring Sarah and Matthew -- I'm not sure where best to meet. I'd rather not make Sirius apparate but if anyone does examine Sam's floo I don't want it to lead to Doughty Conduit, either, and we can't take Sam to 12GP unless someone brings a note from Alice (and I'm not sure we should trust Sam that much, anyway).

Why don't you floo to the Burrow.

Though Sirius has offered to 'borrow' the neighbor's floo while Sam and I apparate. See you in a minute.

If you do that and bring him to the Burrow, I can break away from work--since it's lunchtime--and come home to speak with him, at least for an hour. It might help, since I was one of the last people to see his Mum. If you think that might help? Or would that be too many wands in the cauldron at this point?

I'd hate to have to tie him up again. And it's just Sirius who's flooing. Sam's got a bit of a hero worship thing going on at present and we don't want to crush his sensibilities by having him see his hero losing his breakfast.

Maybe if I managed to spew onto his robes?
Private Message to Moony

Re: Private Message to Moony
Oi, Sam did not just ask what I think he asked?
Re: Private Message to Moony
Well, plus we saved his sister. Naturally he wants to join us.
Re: Private Message to Moony
Not to mention the wands-sparking shoot-first-ask-questions-later attitude that got Diggory cursed.
Merlin, he's like John Turner on drugs.
Re: Private Message to Moony
Also not safe, but for other reasons.
And yes. John Turner on drugs. THAT'S IT EXACTLY. I just hope he doesn't start weeping again.

Frank is bringing both.
He's rather insistent I stay behind on this one.

and those kids are coming back with us. both of them.
...and he's not.
