I don't know if we can count on her not taking it into her head to tell people the dog is Sirius Black even if she's not throwing a tantrum.

She's been talking more and more. And the things she says aren't always predictable. And unfortunately she discovered yesterday that if she really wants to get people's attention, shouting 'Sirius Black!' at the top of her lungs does the trick rather nicely.

You're probably right about Cecilia. Alice might have some ideas, but...we'll have to tell her what happened.

We'll have to do that eventually in any case.
