I'm sending an owl to Laura (Merlin, if I can work out what to say), but it will still be days, even weeks, before she could get here.

Hydra, it's up to you. I think there's little reason to hold off and perhaps there are good reasons to get it done quickly, so it's not ... not lingering.

Your mother and mine had so many things in common. One important difference, though, is that your mother is all lies, deceit and pollution. Everything she is, everything she has ever done, has been calculated to hurt.

Mine may have been a toxin, but she wasn't wrong when she told me that I am, too. I have so many things to regret, Hydra, but chiefest is that I have failed to protect my loved ones. Every. Single. One.

So don't thank me. It's quite literally the least I can do. It's also the best thing I can possibly think of to do.
